Obama was elected a year ago today and has now been in office for almost ten months. How do you think he is doing? What's the best thing you think he's done so far? The worst?
Best thing he's done so far: created a package for revival from the huge recession. Roping in greedy financial managers.
Worst thing:
Continuing to support Pakistan and its terror tactics. He is helpless in dealing with the Afghans. The Taleban appears to be indifferent to US pleas. Isreal still continues its bullying around, all with US blessings. IF we count the wars planned iran appears another iraq planned by US. It is a shame Us does not have its hold on world stage. Dollar continues to be thebully currency. Failures have been apparent in contintuing the Prisons, the wars and no change and Banks continue with the same financial practices that brought its doom.
The worst occurence in this century is the peace price for a person who has only brought dreams of peace none on the ground.
Global warming and the climate change talks by US is a shame on human intelligence It would reverse all efforts of the world to end poverty and hunger.
Wish he is successful in bringing peace and closing the prisons of shame.

Just back after a beautiful break in Bangalore the head quarters of the Art of Living. Over 650 teachers of the art of living congregated to an accelerated 10 day training in Sri Sri Yoga at Bangalore Ashram. The program was well planned and took the participants through easier stretches, walks, bends and more to more intense postures of yoga to channelise energies in all cells of the body. I felt alive in each cell of my body after a long time. UAE has made me stiff, rusted and hardened. The sessions each day began at 5 30 am. The morning walk was a short brisk walk before the intensive yoga practise starting with Breath and Pranayamas, warm ups - standing, sitting , lying down. and it proceeds to the Bandhas, Mudras and Asanas and ended each day with the Sudarshana Kriya, the rythmic breathing technique that is unique to Art of Living. I am happy to share a few pics of the program and the beautiful people I had the privilege to meet.
Yes I am now a certified Sri Sri Yoga teacher along with other nationals who had come for the program.Happy days are here again, I have to follow up on my yoga, sadhana, seva, sudarshana kriya and be happy, smiling all times to actually feel the celebration each moment, breath by breath.
Love and light... I am back..
